針對外國學生之招生廣宣訊息係透過本校網站、Study In Taiwan網頁及參加海外教育展宣傳，並未委由其他機構或校外單位代辦推廣、招生或受理申請。
For the recruitment of international students either by NUU or through entrusted entities (non-NUU institutions, juristic persons, organizations, or individuals), the information provided shall be consistent with NUU’s recruitment regulations, admissions information, and other rules and regulations set forth.

依教育部規定，招生作業應依授課語言明定入學語言門檻：
1.需具有華語文能力者，其華語文能力測驗(TOCFL)應達A2(含)級以上。
2.需具有英語文能力者，其英語文能力測驗應達CEFR B1(含)級以上。

請申請者報名前注意，務必依您欲申請之學系需求取得相關能力測驗證明!
 

According to the regulations of the Ministry of Education, the enrollment process should follow the language of instruction to determine the admission language threshold:

1. For the programs require Chinese language proficiency, the applicants must submit a language proficiency with level A2 (or higher) of Test of Chinese as a Foreign Language (TOCFL) .
2. For the programs require English language proficiency, the applicants must submit a language proficiency with level CEFR Level B1 or higher.

Please note that before applying, applicants must obtain the relevant competency test certificates required by the department you wish to apply for!
